Mr Pasquale is undoubtedly one of the friendliest, most honest and hard working people I ever met in my entire life.
During the time I worked with him he always demonstrated an uncommon skill on dealing with tourists and a rare proficiency in the difficult procedures of guiding them.
He always carried out his duties with great knowledge and expertise.
I worked with him for some time and he always demonstrated both a great dexterity in organizing the practical aspect of his job and a very humane sense of communication and friendship with all tourists and travellers alike.
