Guests are responsible for their valuables. We are not liable for lost or damaged personal items.

If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, notify your guide at the start of the tour.

Refunds apply only when we are directly responsible for failing to deliver a paid service.

Success in genealogy cannot be guaranteed. Pre-booked services cannot be refunded.
